New Meica Payment (e-Money/Cafeteria, dining Pass)
Transition Manual

The cashier system changed in January 2023.
In order to pay with Meica, you need to register for the University Co-op App.
Please complete the following procedures on your computer.
This is the registration manual required to be done on a computer.
You cannot register using a smartphone.

If registration fails,

1Procedure① Register your e-mail address.

To register the University Co-op App, you need to register your e-mail address.
Please access the following page and fill out the "University Co-op App Email Registration Form" and submit it.

   URL:https://www.nucoop.jp/wfm/app_mail/
You will receive an email within 24 hours, excluding Saturdays and Sundays,
to confirm your registration.

When you receive an email confirming your registration,
please proceed to the next step.


2Procedure② Registration of University Co-op My Portal
  Use the email address registered in step ① to register on the University Co-op My Portal.
  Sign up to create your account.

  (1) Click the link button below
    University Co-op My Portal Registration Page

  (2) Click "Sign up now"(今すぐサインアップ).
    Do not "Sign in with your social account" at the bottom of the screen. 
     

  

  (3) Enter your email address and to send the verification code.
  * Please do not enter your password or name yet.

     

  (4) Enter the confirmation code sent to your email and click “confirm code” (コードの確認).
   Enter your chosen password two times, enter you name, then click “create” (作成) at the bottom of the page.
  *Password must be 8 characters or more and use at least 2 types of lowercase letters, uppercase letters, numbers, and symbols.

    

  (5) To receive your new confirmation code, enter your phone number and click the
   “send code” (コードの送信) button. You will receive the code via SMS text message connected to your phone number.

    

  (6) Your registration to the University Co-op Portal is complete after you enter your confirmation code and click “confirm code” (コードの確認).

【3】Procedure ③ registration for online payment “Pokepay”
  The last procedure is to allow the continued use of Meica electronic payment and cafeteria/dining (for those who have registered) past January.

  (7) Click “Pokepay My Page” (Pokepayマイページ) button.

  (8) Press the login button.
    

  (9) Enter your registered email and password and click “sign in” (サインイン). 
   *There are times when the screen (12) is displayed without transitioning to this screen, but there is no problem.   
    

 

  (10) Your abbreviated email (including asterisks*) will be shown on screen. After confirming your emai, click “send confirmation code” (確認コードを送信).

    

  (11)Enter the confirmation code sent to your email and click “confirm code” (コードの確認). Click “continue” (続行) when you see a message that says “Your electronic email address is confirmed. You may proceed now” (電子メールアドレスが確認できました。今すぐ実行できます).
    

  (12)Your screen will move on to the Pokepay login and sign up page. Enter your phone number or email address. You will receive a confirmation code. Enter the confirmation code and click “login” (ログイン).
    

  (13)You will be transferred to an access page. Click “allow access” (アクセスを許可する).
    

   Procedure ③ registration for online payment “Pokepay” is now completed.


  The entire procedure is complete. You can now continue to use Meica online payment and cafeteria/dining pass (for those that registered) after January 2023. This registration is a one time procedure, so please be assured.
